Shipping

All shipping to the UK is free. Shipping to the rest of the world is priced per country. Your order should be processed and shipped within 7 days of placing your order unless otherwise stated.

Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at jordan@wentzelstudios.com. You will then receive an address for your return. You will be liable for the cost of returning the order.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
All cut and sew and limited releases will be non refundable. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
